  • The Chairman of Central region expresses his grateful, and thankful to “Allah” for being elected as SSRC Chairman of Central Region. In addition, he stress that this needs a great cooperation and helps from all departments heads, chairs and all respiratory care practitioners in Riyadh area. We wouldn’t achieve our goals in Riyadh region without the help of Allah and then all RCP’s support. We believe that we all share the reasonability to improve our profession and clinical practice. As most of you know that Riyadh Region have more than 50% of RCP’s, therefore, it requires a great effort and help. We have a lot of ideas and thoughts but it needs a great effort from all SSRC members. We will conduct our first meeting soon, and our strategic plan will be available to share with all our colleagues in respiratory care.
  • Mr. AL Ghamdi: address the importance of such region since there are leader hospitals in respiratory care. He stresses the cooperation of all of us as team will help to improve the quality of respiratory care provided to our patients in Riyadh region specifically and in Saudi Arabia generally. 
  • Mr.  AL Dhaish: from his perspective address the importance of unifying the clinical practice, providing all clinical supports to hospitals in the region and improving the level of education with raise the respiratory practice. In addition, we will create environments of education competition by providing conferences, symposiums and workshops where we can disseminate the culture of sharing thoughts and ideas between departments.
  • Mr. Al-Sowayegh: expresses his great feeling being a board members of the SSRC Riyadh Region, he also added that he is looking forward to work with the team to promote professionalism among Respiratory Care Practitioners in Riyadh area and the kingdom in general.  Also, to promote professional excellence, advance the science and practice of respiratory care, and serve as an advocate for the profession of respiratory therapy.
